Paradigm Construction is looking for a talented and detail-driven CAD Architectural Designer to support the design and development of beautiful, fine-crafted residential homes. If you are looking to create something unique and of a higher quality than what you have already seen, Paradigm is for you. The Architectural Designer will create innovative design solutions, produce detailed construction drawings, and oversee the architectural design process. What You'll Do Draft detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details Produce CAD drawings and 3D models for residential projects Revise plans based on feedback from clients, designers, and project managers Ensure all drawings meet building codes and adhere to internal standards Prepare plan sets for permitting and construction Maintain organized project files and documentation Qualifications Experience in Architecture and Architectural Design with a focus on residential projects Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and technical plans Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect, SketchUp, or similar design-related software tools Knowledge of Urban Planning principles and integration into architectural projects Strong project management and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and collaboration skills High attention to detail and accuracy
