We’re seeking an experienced and design-driven Architectural Designer to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with clients, sales, and construction teams to translate vision into reality through thoughtful design and clear communication. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).5+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio of modern single family homes and ADUs, specifically for new homes or new construction.Proven ability to create aesthetic, functional, and buildable architectural solutions.Strong conceptual design and visualization skills; ability to translate client goals into compelling narratives.Confident and empathetic in client-facing roles, guiding homeowners and developers through design decisions.Solid understanding of local codes, permitting, and entitlement processes, especially for single-family homes and ADUs.Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach, especially within design–build environments.Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and other digital design tools.Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple design projects in parallel.Passion for innovation and emerging design technologies (AI, parametric, or computational design experience a plus).Previous experience in a custom residential or design–build firm is strongly preferred.
