High end boutique interior design firm, with focus on large, high end, residential remodels, is looking for a part time Architectural Drafter to create interior design construction plan set, as well as presentation materials, for a project in Montecito. You must have ample experience in assembling full construction documents, proficient in CAD. 3D rendering and modeling software a plus. My hope is to find someone in the Ventura, Ojai, or Santa Barbara area who can be involved from beginning to the end of this project. Payment base rate is $35.00 an hour, however it can be more, depending on your level of experience and what you can offer to the process.
