Responsibilities \\- Complete Site Inspection Reports and Visits \\- Initiate project file setup and coordinate dissemination of project data to interested parties. \\- Establish, implement, and manage a schedule for the design and documentation of multiple new projects, each at varying stages in the design development and review process. \\- Develop preliminary kitchen and dining room layouts, obtains necessary reviews and approvals, create interior and exterior elevations, sections, and large-scale details, and communicate approved designs to local market consultants all based on specific client prototype \\- Maintain clients' prototypes (keeps drawings and specifications up to date). \\- Secure appropriate bids \\- Ability to interact with management, external client organizations, construction crews, vendors, and local building inspectors. \\- Other duties as assigned.
