Architectural Interior Designer

-Uphold the firm's commitment to excellence and deliver exceptional design solutions - Provide guidance on color schemes, space planning, layout, and overall design aesthetics - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of design plans - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints - Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and oversee the progress of ongoing projects - Assist with the coordination of installations, including furniture delivery and placement Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills - Proven experience as an Architect or Interior Designer or similar role - Proficiency in software such as Revit, Bluebeam, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite PREFERRED. - Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, finishes, lighting design, and space planning - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members - Ability to create detailed drawings and specifications for construction purposes - Experience in budgeting and cost estimation for interior design projects - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of drafting and contract documents.
