Architectural Interior Designer

One minute you're inspiring a homeowner, the next you're solving a design challenge with pros who have your back. 2-5 years' experience in interior design; cabinetry experience preferred.Strong knowledge of kitchen/bath products, materials, finishes, specifically cabinets.Proficient in 2020 Design Live; experience in AutoCAD, Smartsheet and/or other like software.Competency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Solid ability to build relationships, to motivate, negotiate and persuade clients.Ability to read blueprints and structural drawings.Fluid in industry guidelines and codes that impact the kitchen and bath environment.Knowledge of construction management processes a plus.Organizational and time management skills with the ability to shift priorities and deal with changing demands in an effective manner.Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences.Strong work ethic and accountability with positive attitude open to teamwork.Ability to balance multiple jobs simultaneously during design, selections, and implementation phases.High energy and sense of humor.Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable mode of transportation.
