Architectural / Interior Designer / Project Manager

Salary: $25 - $35 per hour based on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Job Overview The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion. Develop comprehensive interior design concepts that meet client needs and preferences Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using CAT5, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino 3D, and AutoCAD Prepare construction documents and specifications utilizing Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting fixtures, and furnishings in accordance with project requirements Manage project timelines, budgets, and contracts to ensure timely delivery of projects Coordinate with contractors and vendors during renovation, remodeling, and construction phases Conduct site visits to oversee installation processes and ensure design integrity Oversee contractors, installers, and construction teams to ensure projects are completed according to design specifications Verify quality of materials, workmanship, and installations during renovation and construction projects Troubleshoot design or construction issues during installation phases Conduct property inspections to evaluate design, furniture, and structural elements that require upgrades or replacement Identify opportunities to improve functionality, aesthetics, and durability in residential properties Recommend design and renovation improvements based on property condition and client needs Present design proposals to clients clearly and professionally for approval Stay updated on current trends in interior design, lighting sales, and remodeling techniques Coordinate with international manufacturers (including furniture factories) to develop custom furniture and design elements Review product samples, specifications, and production timelines to ensure quality and accuracy Work with manufacturers to ensure furniture and fixtures are produced and installed according to design specifications Proven experience in interior design or related field with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency Must provide a portfolio showcasing completed residential and/or commercial design projects Ability to quickly produce high-quality 3D renderings, layouts, and design concepts using CAT5 and other design software Expertise in CAT5, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of drafting standards, color theory, CAD drafting, lighting design, and construction processes Experience managing multiple projects including budgeting and contract management Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate teams effectively Excellent communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of lighting sales and renovation processes is a plus Ability to travel occasionally for project oversight, vendor coordination, and factory visits (including domestic and international travel) A degree in Interior Design or Architecture is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience
