The primary role of a Design Drafter is to deliver high-end construction documents that play a crucial role in translating design concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces during the construction phase • Space Planning and Layouts: Develop and finalize detailed space plans and layouts based on client requirements, functional needs, and design aesthetics. • Code Compliance: Ensure all interior design elements comply with local building codes, accessibility standards, and other relevant regulations. • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive Construction Documents (CDs) that include detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications for all interior components. • Mastery of Revit software is a MUST. • Ability to interact effectively with the design team on multiple projects.
