Staff performs architecture, interior design as well as plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical engineering services and commissioning services. Currently Highland Associates is looking to fill the following position(s): Architectural Job Captain Seeking qualified Architectural candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience utilizing Revit software in all phases of a project from conceptual design to construction documentation of Architectural BIM models. Requirements: • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture at a minimum • Working towards becoming a Registered Architect is a plus, but not a requirement • Candidates should be legally authorized to work in the US Skills: • Strong organization, communication, and writing skills • Highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup • Experience working with BIM 360 Cloud platform is preferred. Proficient in interpreting architectural 2d drawings and translating into 3D design model. Read and interpret other technical drawings and specifications • Development of 3D models in Revit with high proficiency.
