JOB DESCRIPTION – ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT COORDINATOR For Land to Living, a home should be a thoughtful work of Art where the Artist is integral in the complexities of its creation. By unifying Architecture, Construction, Interiors, Art, and Real Estate, LTL seeks to seamlessly orchestrate artful homes and boutique commercial projects in the Lake Tahoe area and beyond. Functions: \\- generate accurate and detailed construction documents in coordination with consultants and the construction crew and in compliance with applicable codes \\- effectively interface with agencies through all project phases \\- research and apply applicable codes \\- coherently document and communicate meetings, conversations, and interactions \\- conduct evaluative site observation visits \\- collaboratively resolve errors, omissions or conflicts Attributes: \\- strong, innate organizational skills and drive to create order \\- thorough knowledge of building materials, construction methods, systems and integration of engineering disciplines \\- ability to graphically communicate with clarity \\- prioritize and manage workload and deadlines independently \\- calm and collected under pressure \\- good memory \\- ability to focus \\- communicate effectively in person, text, and over the phone \\- proactive in identifying and preventing potential problems \\- critical thinker \\- detail oriented \\- quick study \\- ability to make inferences \\- values quality \\- discretion \\- learns from mistakes graciously Requirements: \\- able to fulfill functions of position \\- college level design coursework \\- experienced with any CAD program \\- high level of computer literacy and proficiency including fundamental skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator Preferences: \\- Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design \\- working experience with ArchiCAD Compensation / Hours / Benefits: \\- compensation will be based on qualifications and salary history \\- forty hours per week during regular business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm \\- health insurance with low deductible \\- employer matched 401K \\- professional development allowance
