The Project Coordinator plays a critical supporting role in the successful execution of architecture and interior design projects, assisting projects through the entitlement and permitting process, and to the firm's quality standards. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage documentation, communication, and scheduling across multiple simultaneous projects. • Ensure all documentation is current, accurately filed, and accessible to the project team and external stakeholders. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Expected hours: 40 per week
