Applicants should possess a degree in Architecture, or a related field, with 5-10 years of work experience in a firm focussed primarily on residential projects. Strong graphic, written and verbal communications skills are an absolute necessity. Project managers in our office are involved in all phases of a project- from schematic design through to construction management. We are not a “layered” firm, but instead call upon project managers to preform multiple tasks throughout the course of a project, including, but not limited to: • have a strong understanding of architectural detailing and how those details must relate to the design concept of the building as a whole • manage communication with contractors and subcontractors during project construction • manage client communications throughout the course of the project
