Architectural Project Manager

Location: Idaho 3 years in this role About Us We are a collaborative architecture and interior design studio committed to delivering thoughtful, well-crafted work. We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration. Process & Standards • Ensure projects follow firm standards, workflows, and best practices • Maintain organized project files and documentation • Contribute to improving internal processes and project delivery systems Qualifications • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) preferred • 5–8 years of professional experience in an architecture firm • 3 years of experience managing projects from design through construction • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documents, and permitting processes • Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines What We’re Looking For • A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through • Someone who is calm under pressure and solutions-oriented • A collaborative team player who values clear communication • Passion for design excellence paired with technical rigor What We Offer • Competitive salary commensurate with experience • Benefits package including [health, dental, 401(k), PTO, etc.]
