Design Collaborative is seeking a full-time Architectural Project Manager with the skill set and passion to lead the design process and a multi-disciplinary design team. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants, and they will lead the design efforts on a wide range of commercial design projects. This individual will play a key role in the continued success of the team through their ability to build relationships, lead and manage projects, and assist with the mentorship and growth of team members. • 3+ years’ experience working within a architecture/design firm • Assistant Project Manager: Experience supporting project teams, coordinating documentation, and assisting with schedules, budgets, and consultant communication • Project Manager: Independent management of projects or major project components, with responsibility for client coordination, consultant oversight, and delivery • Senior Project Manager: Leadership of complex projects, mentoring team members, managing client relationships, and contributing to strategic planning and quality oversight Key Responsibilities • Project Leadership: Lead projects from concept through construction, ensuring quality, design integrity, and timely delivery.
