About The Role We are seeking a skilled Architect to lead projects from concept through completion. Manage high-end residential projects, mostly single-family homes, with demonstrated experience across all phasesMonitor the design process from the conceptual phase through construction administration ensuring that the design intent is properly executedDemonstrate expertise and confidence in engaging with high-profile clients, consultants, and contractors across all stages of project development.Contribute to the development and enhancement of office standards, workflows, and quality control proceduresMaintain ownership and accountability for overall project successCoordinate communication with other service lines, vendors, and contractors Translates design ideas into detailed models and high-quality renderings.Provides mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering growth and skill development Professional Degree (B. Arch or M.
