We are searching for a Project Manager to handle multiple projects for high- volume fast-paced Restaurant and Retail programs. An understanding of project financials is required to monitor project performance and forecast revenue. Typical responsibilities include: creating project contracts; establishing project timelines; developing project work plan; team management including distribution of workload and supervision of staff; monitoring project progression and deliverables; technical review of project documents; building code research; coordination with consultants and contractors; construction administration and submittal review; promoting efficiency, productivity and project profitability; developing and maintaining client relationships.
