We are seeking an experienced INTERIOR AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER with proven ability to design and manage and oversee residential architectural and interior design projects. The person in this position will serve as a key point of contact for clients on approximately 6-8 ongoing projects. Candidates must also demonstrate strong written and verbal skills and communicate with clients and vendors on a daily basis. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Experience using AutoCAD including the ability to create residential floor plans from field measurements is critical • Read and interpret architectural plans • Draw up schematic layouts and sketches. • Plan and oversee furniture, drapery, carpet and artwork installations • Consistent client contact to ensure design plans and expectations are being met • Detail oriented and highly organized • Visits to job sites and attendance at client meetings PLEASE FORWARD A COVER LETTER AND RESUME WITH
