Architecture Project Manager

This is a creative role that requires someone with a passion for design and an innovative vision. Must be ready to oversee and manage six or more simultaneous projects of varying sizes • 5+ years of experience in NYC producing full construction document sets in AutoCAD • This position communicates directly with firm principals and clients. Candidate must be presentable and possess excellent communication skills, grammar, and vocabulary (both written and verbal) • Must be highly proficient in creating/modifying architectural documents, designs, working drawings, forms, charts and records in AutoCAD • This position will be responsible for ensuring all construction-related deliverables are in alignment with our overall design intent and coordinated between all parties throughout the course of any given project.
