At Arhaus, we believe that furniture and décor should be sustainably sourced, lovingly made, and built to last. The Operations Assistant provides support to our Interior Designers and shares ownership of all aspects of the business at the store level. They coordinate with other Operations Assistants at the Studio, as well as ID's to maintain all operational standards. The Operations Assistant utilizes all aspects of our selling model to generate sales and is responsible for conducting business according to all company standards, policies and procedures. Responsibilities include: • Performing all opening and closing duties • Recording all hours worked • Reviewing and acting upon all email and MAPP communications • Reinforcing and driving all aspects of an exceptional guest experience at every touch point • Assisting customers in the studio when Interior Designers are not available • Demonstrating strong product knowledge • Maintaining operational and reporting standards • Promptly solving guest concerns • Performing proactive and consistent follow-up with all guests before and after the sale and at delivery • Encouraging and supporting Interior Designers and other Operations Assistants
