It helps if you are interested in what you are doing so I would like someone with a passion for: \\- architecture \\- interior design \\- construction \\- development \\- residential home design \\- numbers \\- accounting Who is excellent at: \\- Planning, to stay ahead of problems. \\- Math, we work with a lot of numbers, and the quicker you are, the better you'll do. We are expanding into developments with townhouse projects along the shore, a design department where we do modeling and design development, and a service department where we maintain relationships with our clients for the long term.
