Coordinate subcontractors; assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of subcontractor work. Schedule stagers and destaging appointments Input all client information into the client database system. Oversee all aspects of the administration of The Singing Stagers business. Job Type: Part-Time M-Friday some weekends Required experience: Administrative Assistant: minimum of 2 Years of professional organizing and 2-year administrative (required) Real Estate: 2 years (preferred) Work authorization: United States (Required) Background Check Required Resumes without qualifying experience will be immediately rejected.
