Reports to: Project Manager or Project Executive Essential Duties & Responsibilities*: \\- Creating cost estimates for projects, including supplies, materials, and labor costs \\- Monitoring the construction process and making changes as necessary to ensure deadlines are met \\- Liaison for owners/architects/engineers to discuss specifications of a project and manage the day-to-day construction activities \\- Assist in managing and making decisions related to the performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, and trade employee staffing levels. \\- Assist in managing the work to ensure that it is installed in compliance with and conforms to the approved contract documents. Proficient knowledge of construction cost control and accounting procedures.
