This is a position that requires a detail-oriented person who likes to get in and get a job done. We are looking for a hard worker and ask everyone on our team to help out when needed. We are looking for the best fit for our team and we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities • Assist on-site staging appointments for initial house walkthroughs • Pack accessories, artwork, lamps, bedding, and greenery for stagings • Work closely with the team to ensure staging installs and removals meet deadlines • Assist team in loading and unloading of box truck and vehicles • Make sure properties are left clean and locked up when complete • Restock furnishings when they arrive back in the warehouse • Track furniture pieces through an inventory management system • Manage inventory checklist and enforce quantity control of furniture and decorative accents • Hang art & mirrors, shower curtains, make bedding, fold towels, run errands for staging jobs such as shopping for accessories & furniture Requirements • Have a valid driver's license • Be able to lift at least 25 lbs on a consistent basis • Be able to do various tasks such as packing accessories and hanging art • Support the design and moving team with all phases of staging preparation and project design coordination for multiple, concurrently running projects • Complete various warehouse chores • Follow directions and be flexible to help the team as needed • Maintain a respectful and professional relationship with coworkers and clients.
