Associate Design Director

ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the design team (interior designers and drafters) in the conceptualization, development, and implementation of interior design and renovation projects from inception through completionEnsure design quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery of project requirementsDevelop and oversee design conceptualization, including preparation of design concepts with detailed material selections and specifications in accordance with client requirementsAssist in managing design development and site implementation independently from project inception through completionOversee the preparation of design presentations including 3D visuals, perspective drawings, color renderings, and layout plans with detailed material specificationsEnsure proper understanding and application of technical aspects of design implementation and construction requirementsPrepare, review, or supervise the preparation of tender drawings and documentation in accordance with project design requirementsLiaise and coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements meet design, budgetary, and technical specificationsEnsure prompt and professional delivery of design services and solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalismProvide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to members of the design team to support continuous improvement and efficient project executionPerform such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management or stakeholders from time to time, consistent with the nature of the roleRequirementsProven experience in interior design leadership, including supervision of designers and draftersStrong portfolio demonstrating project management from concept through completionExpertise in design conceptualization, material selection, and specification developmentProficiency in preparing and overseeing design presentations, 3D visuals, and technical drawingsSolid understanding of construction requirements and technical aspects of design implementationExperience preparing or supervising tender drawings and documentationStrong coordination skills with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholdersAbility to deliver design services promptly and professionallyDemonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilitiesWillingness to perform additional duties as assigned by management#J-18808-Ljbffr
