Associate Designer

This position has an opportunity for a permanent placement after a brief assessment period is completed. The Associate Designer plays a key role in communicating with owner and operations manager to give clarity on what needs to be ordered and must work well in a team setting. Tasks & Responsibilities -Learn on the job experience with review systems for feedback -Play an active client management role -Manage design installs, scheduling, and stylings -Assist with design research for furniture, rugs, lighting with material schedules -Light order management and must exhibit data accuracy -Manage and update internal Excel spreadsheets with awareness to verify -Aid other staff in managing client orders & operations -Completed interior design program at major university with minimum 2 years in the field -Demonstrate a desire to learn, grow, and adapt to challenging situations -Demonstrate the ability to perform at a high level and support positive company culture -Focus and time management must be top priority to applicant -Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills -Demonstrable knowledge of Google Drive, file structure and organization -Experience with Rendering programs, Proficiency in Illustrator, AutoCAD & Photoshop -Must demonstrate an understanding of interior design development & Henck Design's company brand
