In This Position You Will Have the Opportunity to: • Develop knowledge of the Gravure and Digital manufacturing processes and technologies. • The ability to perform and maintain a competitive analysis of products by category, color and design. • Create and develop original and innovative designs that align with the company's brand and product offering that span multiple • Assist in the preparation of market research, presentations, meetings, and events. • Have professional experience and be proficient in Photoshop. Travel will consist of visits to the lab and plant in Louisville, Kentucky to develop designs and execute them in the factory.
