Associate Designer

In This Role • Participate in the design and execution of marketing materials across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines • Create engaging print materials, such as ads, retail signage, and branded in-house collateral • Design and maintain compelling digital assets for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms • Contribute to asset creation for our showroom experiences at Four Hands locations, including High Point, Vegas, Four Hands Home, and Four Hands Outlet • Collaborate with the team to develop assets for paid media campaigns • Take direction from creative briefs and work closely with the team to conceptualize and deliver innovative designs that drive the brand forward • Maintain high-quality and consistent standards in design process, file preparation and presentation • Utilize data, metrics, and customer insights to inform design decisions and optimize effectiveness • Stay ahead of trends in design, marketing, and the furniture industry to continually evolve and refine the brand’s visual identity • Other duties as assigned by Management • Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: • Be open and honest • Reach for excellence • Act with responsibility • Value the whole person • Enjoy the journey
