Hotopp Creative Studio is a multidisciplinary studio leading the design, production, and creation of an eclectic array of projects across the entertainment, attraction, and experience design industries. In this role you will be supporting project teams through all design phases. You will be involved in all facets of the design process, from creating mood boards and blue-sky concept renderings to producing design drawings for construction and coordinating of scenic elements on site. • Understanding of drafting standards and the ability to conform to existing company-wide drafting practices • Familiarity with 3DSmax, Twinmotion, and Unreal is a plus but not required • Proficiency with hand sketching is a plus Behaviors: • Passionate about design, thrives on attention to detail, • Exceptional logic and problem-solving capabilities, • Self-starter, proactive, diligent, solid time management and organizational skills • Desire to be a team player, advocate for collaboration • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, • Demonstrates ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner • Eagerness to learn, demonstrates willingness and ability to grow in everything from personal development to learning new software applications Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in scenic design, theatrical design, architecture or designing branded environments. Work samples should show evidence of capability.
