Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer

Design Development & Documentation • Welcome walk-ins and answer incoming phone calls during assigned floor time and collect basic project information, document notes, and route opportunities/questions to the Salesperson/Lead Designer • Collaborate with the Lead Designer to develop the design concept into a complete solution • Produce and maintain accurate design documentation (plans, elevations, 3D views as needed) • Update designs as selections and scope evolve, ensuring documentation stays aligned Scope of Work & Estimating Support • Develop and refine the scope of work based on the design and selections • Work with estimating to align drawings/specs/scope and finalize contract pricing • Help organize alternates, allowances, and clarifications so the contract is clean and buildable Who Will Thrive In This Role • You’re a “details person” who enjoys making a plan airtight • You communicate clearly, follow through, and bring solutions not drama • You like supporting a lead and taking ownership of the behind-the-scenes work that makes the whole team look good
