Work with architects, designers, consultants, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and budgets. • Responsible for providing regular updates to the Principal on the outcomes of all project meetings. • Licensed Architect in the state of Nevada required • TX or CA license a bonus • At least 7 years of experience • Knowledge of local, state and national building codes, regulations and approval processes • Experience in all phases of project management and design, including long-term planning and budget management • Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, costs and code applicable to the design process • Knowledge of current trends and areas of future growth within industry • Experience in public speaking • Ability to successfully manage client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination • Evaluate design alternatives based on site and code requirements • Experience in the marketing process, client interviews and relationship building • Proven track record in creating and maintaining a client network and in leveraging that network into design opportunities • Proficient in bond program development and cost analysis • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities • Ability and willingness to travel as necessary
