Associate Principal, Interior Design

Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture • Minimum 15+ years of experience in interior design and architecture, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects • Proficiency in interior design software, including Revit, Enscape, and SketchUp, and Adobe Suite applications and products from them • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, tracking labor costs to ensure profitability and quality of products • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written • Demonstrated leadership abilities, negotiation skills, dispute resolution skills and experience managing design teams • Commitment to sustainable design practices and their implementation • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse interior design projects AECOM is the global infrastructure leader, committed to delivering a better world.
