About the Role: As a CBRE | T&T Associate Project Director you will manage a team responsible for facilitating small to medium cross-functional projects and programs. You will be responsible for leading a team of four. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
