We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Studio Assistant to support our growing team.Position OverviewThe Studio Assistant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the studio, with responsibilities spanning procurement, organization, marketing, and design support. This is a growth-oriented position ideal for someone with a strong interest in interior design and architecture who is eager to learn the inner workings of a design studio—from sourcing materials to developing presentations to supporting on social media and marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Studio OperationsAssist with the sourcing and procurement of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materialsTrack and manage orders, deliveries, and vendor communicationsOrganize and maintain the materials library and sample inventoryCoordinate with vendors and fabricators for quotes, lead times, and pricingSupport the team with general studio organization and administrative tasksDesign & Technical SupportAssist in preparing client presentations and design documentationHelp maintain project files, schedules, and documentationSupport the design team with product research and mood board developmentOpen to learning Revit and other design software to assist with drafting or modeling as neededMarketing & Social MediaAssist in content creation for social media (Instagram, Pinterest, etc. )Draft newsletters, blog posts, or case studies for marketing campaignsUpdate and maintain website content as neededOrganize and archive project photography and assetsQualificationsStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailProactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with or interest in interior design, architecture, or a related fieldFamiliarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principlesBasic design software knowledge (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
