KMD Atelier Studio Manager and Interior Design Assistant KMD Atelier is an extension of the Kari McIntosh Interior Design Studio, a full-service boutique residential interior design firm, located in Burlingame, CA. KMD’s clients include leaders and innovators of the Bay Area tech and finance industries. Kari’s range of experience in architecture and finance have informed the development of her own creative business in Interiors in an exceptional way, setting her firm apart. Kari McIntosh Design is looking for a charismatic and creative Studio Manager for their Antiques & Design Atelier. Qualifications: • Knowledge and appreciation for quality design and artisanal products • Attention to detail • Professionalism and Patience • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication • 2+ years in a client facing/customer service role • Experience in retail, business administration or customer service a plus • Familiarity with Keynote, Pages, Asana, DropBox, Mail Chimp, Pinterest, Squarespace, and Studio Designer software a plus • Ability to lift up to 40lbs for the occasional large delivery • Provide one’s own transportation [mileage will be reimbursed] Compensation and Full-time Benefits: • Compensation will be commensurate with experience • 10 Holidays a year + your birthday off • Personal professional development budget • Vacation and sick time • 401k plan • Profit Sharing • Parking Reimbursement While this position is described above as full-time, part-time applicants are welcome presuming they are able to work at least most of the business hours of the Atelier [10-4 Tuesday-Friday].
