The job is task-driven and requires the individual to think on their feet. The work environment is fast-paced with many ongoing responsibilities but also many last minute assignments that will need to be tackled as they arise. This position will assist all members of the sales team, the in-house design team, as well as the CEO. Someone highly organized who has a fail-safe system for follow through on task completion and an ability to prioritize time-sensitive projects will do well in this position. Responsibilities: • Develops AutoCAD blocks for space planning • Assembles and creates furniture models and technical specifications • Creates layout options per client request • Assists in site visit measuring • 3D model and create photorealistic renderings of developed product (Photoshop) • Assists in creation of presentations for design projects • Documents and confirms product specifications are met • Works with Business Development/Account Management team to translate client requests into impactful renderings for proposals Requirements: • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (2+ years experience) • Proficient in Photoshop • Strong communication & problem solving skills • Ability to work independently • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • College Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or related field preferred • Knowledge of residential or commercial furniture is a plus • Good communication skills and attention to detail • Outgoing personality a plus!
