You’ll work closely with our principal designer to develop floor plans, lighting plans and elevations for high-end residential interiors. This role can be structured as either full-time or part-time. • AutoCAD proficiency: 2+ years of hands-on experience drafting interior architectural plans • Interior design interest: A passion for residential design, space planning, and material detailing • Technical skills: Ability to create and modify complex floor plans and elevations for large-scale homes • Attention to detail: Meticulous in accuracy, line weights, layering, and annotation • Communication: Clear written and verbal skills; comfortable collaborating within a small team • Exposure to Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite An introduction highlighting your interest in interior design and previous experience as an AutoCAD drafter 3.
