Local municipality Zoning codes, be able to work from hand drawn sketches and drawing to set up base plans and the ensuing full set of construction documents. Candidate must be able to work from Engineering markups and integrate through out the set of drawings. Coastal construction methods are a must. Interior Design experience a plus.
