This role focuses on creating world-class interiors that excel in form, function, and durability. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive interior trim engineering Proven experience developing OEM Tier-1 interior trim programs from concept through production launch, including hands-on launch support Proficient in 3D modeling using CATIA V5/V6 or equivalent Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles Experience with technical documentation processes, including DFMEAs and DVP&Rs, across at least one complete vehicle lifecycle Experience managing technical suppliers and project timelines
