The ideal candidate possesses a strong sense of style, a deep understanding of human-factors engineering, and expertise in automotive interior components such as dashboards, seating systems, trim, and lighting. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and developing interior design themes, creating 2D sketches and 3D CAD models using industry-standard software (e.g., Alias, CATIA), selecting appropriate materials and finishes, and collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure designs are feasible, manufacturable, and meet brand objectives. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating design concepts to diverse audiences. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing strong automotive interior design work, is required. Demonstrated experience in automotive interior design, with a strong portfolio.
