It is important that you are accurate and have a capacity for detail. - Must be able to pass a criminal background check - Must be a people person - Be sales and marketing driven - Be able to learn to design and estimate bathroom remodeling projects - Computer Knowledge - Be organized, neat and detail oriented - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Interior Design, Business or Marketing degrees also a big plus You will spend most of your time in clients homes designing, pricing and selling projects, you must have your own reliable and presentable vehicle.
