Position Summary: Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, responsible for administration of Human Resources benefit programs as they pertain to self- funded medical, vision, dental insurance; flexible spending account, wellness program, workers compensation, Maricopa County Trip Reduction program, Scholarship and Volunteer program, leaves of absences, and certificates of insurance to support the strategic priorities of Royal Oaks. Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS/ADP to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information. Identify trends and opportunities to modify and improve our wellness program. Interpret and communicate Royal Oaks policies and procedures as they apply to staff members, referring to the Staff Member Culture handbook.
