Government contractor seeking an experienced hands-on BIM CAFM Specialist. Selected candidate would have 5 to 7 years’ experience operating, developing, managing and maintaining BIM models and CAD documents using Autodesk AEC Collection 2021 software. Experience with Archibus CAFM data base software preferred; but may be willing to train. Back ground and knowledge in commercial or government projects, architecture, interior design, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines, or facilities is beneficial. Proficient at using Microsoft Office Suite products and Microsoft Project.
