This role partners closely with architectural teams to ensure consistent, high-quality model production, coordination, and documentation while supporting innovation, efficiency, and best practices throughout all project phases.Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain firmwide BIM standards, templates, and protocols.Evaluate and implement new BIM tools, software updates, and emerging technologies.Project Support & CoordinationProvide BIM leadership and technical support to project teams from concept through construction.Oversee model setup, coordination, and quality control to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm standards.Collaborate with consultants (structural, MEP, contractors) to support interdisciplinary model coordination.Training & Team DevelopmentMentor architectural staff on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting BIM-related issues.Support onboarding and skill development related to BIM.Quality ControlPerform regular model audits to ensure data integrity and consistency.Support risk mitigation related to BIM deliverables, data exchange, and documentation.Partner with firm leadership to align BIM strategy with business goals.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.5+ years of professional experience in architecture or related discipline, with strong BIM focus.Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; strong working knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.Experience developing and managing BIM standards and workflows.Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and coordination processes.Ability to collaborate effectively within project teams.Preferred Qualifications Experience with additional tools such as Navisworks, D5 and Enscape Rendering Software.Physical Requirements Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periodsOccasional light lifting (up to 25 lbs) for office materials or supplies401(k) with discretionary employer matchPaid holidays and unlimited PTOFun, inclusive workplace culture that values growth and serviceGray Design Group is an equal opportunity employer.
