Residential + Development-Driven Design We’re building a lean, high-performing design team and are seeking a Design Manager to help lead that effort. The Design Manager oversees the execution of interior design across multiple residential projects, ensuring that design intent, specifications, budgets, and timelines align across development, interiors, and construction teams. You will manage process, people, and deliverables, while staying close enough to design and documentation to maintain quality, consistency, and buildability. 7–12+ years in interior design, architecture, or design managementStrong experience in residential development, multifamily, or repeatable productRevit experience is requiredAbility to review, coordinate, and contribute to Revit-based interior scopesComfortable working within shared architectural modelsStrong understanding of construction documentation and specificationsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously
