A dynamic design practice in Pensacola, Florida—with projects spanning a wide range of architectural and interior design scope—is seeking a full-time Staff Bookkeeper. With projects across the world, from residential, hospitality, and commercial in use, the work of the studio builds upon the experience of the founders’ leadership of building projects across the globe for discerning clientele and past associated design studios. • Oversees accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), bookkeeping, and the preparation of regular financial reports for the partners. • Handling sales tax for services and goods sold across multiple U.S. states and internationally.
