Lucas is a Seattle based Interior Design firm specializing in high end residential design projects. We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/ Administrative Assistant for a temporary part-time position for a period of 5 months. The person selected for this position will begin training immediately with the owner at our Ballard studio and correspond directly with the owner who will be working remotely for 2-1/2 months (Mid-July through the end of September). This position requires working on site. Job Description & Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this position is to run all day to day accounts payable & receivable activities, including (but not limited to); Quickbooks data entry and filing, monthly bills, deposits and reconciliation of all accounts and purchasing.
