Bookkeeping Assistant/Data Entry Specialist

Busy Bookkeeping Firm which caters to Interior Design seeking to add a Bookkeeping Assistant/Data Entry Specialist/ to our team! Responsibilities: • Enter a variety of data using current technology (Studio Designer, Design Manager, Programma, Quickbooks) • Prepare and sort documents for data entry • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes • Review and enter data updates in programs (Google Sheets, Studio Designer, Design Manager, Programma) • Review discrepancies in data received • Advise supervisor of issues related to data, print reports for expediting • Assisting Bookkeepers in various tasks needed as the position evolves Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
