Interior Design office is looking for a bookkeeping/administrative assistant with at least 3-5 years of experience to work in our San Francisco office on a part-time or contractual basis. Position will coordinate with remote bookkeeper as needed. HOURS: Position is in-office 1-2 days a week for approximately 8-16 hours per week as needed. ***Remote bookkeeping services please do not apply. *** RESPONSIBILITIES: Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Assist with monthly time billing invoicing • Manage full process AR • Cut checks to vendors, process employee expenses reports, and manage full process AP • Collect and prepare monthly credit card receipts and statements for transmittal to remote bookkeeper • Assist with purchasing as needed using Studio Designer • Maintain budgeting and project level reports as necessary • Handle the on-boarding of new employees and set-up of employee benefits • Conduct regular inventory and ordering of office supplies, and manage subscriptions and renewals as needed REQUIREMENTS: • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Must be able to work in a team environment, be well organized, have strong communication skills, be attentive to details, have strong problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic and have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
