Must be proficient in Autocad and 3d rendering (in SketchUp, Rhino, or similar). The individual will assist the lead designer in preparing full plan packages for permitting. Compensation Details: TBD, depending on qualifications. \\- Required Skills: AutoCAD Architecture, 2-4 years of working Experience in Autocad is required. Photoshop a plus \\- Primary tasks include: • Working one-on-one with principal designer to create custom furniture, cabinetry elevations, doors, lighting, and design elements in Autocad • Drafting full and partial drawing sets based on-site measurements and city code requirements for plan submittal, with occasional product or code compliance research • Sourcing & product research, pricing products, placing orders • Other tasks may occasionally include composing emails, scheduling, time tracking in ivy, Office library organization/maintenance, and general office work • Occasional onsite project management and custom fabrication errands • Occasional website maintenance, as well as social media posting \\- Qualifications • High-end residential interior design experience preferred • CAD skills a must • Internet savvy • Excellent attitude • Detail-oriented • Organized- Able to work on and keep track of multiple projects simultaneously • Strong writing and Grammar skills • Sketchup (or other 3-d rendering programs) necessary, and photoshop a plus • Understanding of LA & Long Beach city building requirements a plus If applying please email resume, portfolio, and a bit about yourself (cover letter not necessary).
