Sonder Living is a luxury lifestyle brand of furniture and home decor known for designer lines including Kelly Hoppen, Thomas Bina, Andrew Martin and Maison 55. We are looking for motivated sales associates to assist in our new showroom at The Santa Clara Square. Our ambassadors handle the full sales cycle process from making the connection, identifying and matching customer needs with various product lines, closing the sale, accepting payments, order follow up and managing delivery. Position Requirements ● High-end retail experience preferred ● Customer Service experience required ● Work within a team to ensure all customers receive excellent service throughout the entire sales experience ● Actively listen to and engage customers, applying product expertise to help them find the styles that match their inspiration and space needs, offering complementary products to complete their rooms. ● Keep customers well informed about orders and any status changes; update notes on customer sales to keep teammates informed, remaining attentive to customer needs.
